Cleanse Pt. 2

So here’s what I got out of this cleanse:

When I woke up the third day of the cleanse, I finally saw the flat stomach I was looking for – no more bloat. The first and second days I was feeling a little blah probably from my stomach getting used to all the liquid. But on the third day, I felt good.

My main goal in doing a cleanse is to just feel better, a little lighter and to reset. I don’t want to see that I’ve lost a magical 5 lbs or anything because Lord knows I’m going to gain that right back the day after.

All in all, it wasn’t too bad – some cleanses you just entirely starve but this one kept you decently full.

Typically after a cleanse, I don’t gorge myself. I just start eating regularly again but it really makes me think twice about portion size and whether or not I really need those dark chocolate peanut butter cups after dinner.

So yes, I would recommend this cleanse – it definitely resets the body, reminded me what I do and don’t need and didn’t starve me.

It also makes me think about what I put into my body that causes bloat (besides just being full of liquid)…more to come on that.
